2. Definitions

Service: The transportation service provided by OPO Cabs.

User/Passenger: Any individual who books and uses our cab services.

Driver: The individual operating the vehicle provided by OPO Cabs.

3. Booking and Cancellation

Booking: Users can book a cab via our mobile app, website, or customer service hotline.

Cancellation: Users can cancel their booking without charge up to 2 days before the scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations made after this period may incur a cancellation fee.

4. Payment

Fare: Fares are calculated based on distance traveled and time taken. Additional charges may apply for waiting time, tolls, or special services.

Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.

Receipts: Receipts will be provided electronically to the email address registered with the booking.

5. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must wear seat belts at all times.

Passengers must not engage in any illegal activity or carry prohibited items.

Smoking, eating, and drinking are not allowed inside the vehicle.

Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger will be charged to the passenger.

6. Driver Conduct

Drivers must hold a valid driving license and all necessary permits.

Drivers must follow all traffic laws and drive safely.

Drivers must maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle.

Drivers are prohibited from using mobile phones while driving unless for navigational purposes via a hands-free device.

7. Safety and Security

All rides are monitored for safety purposes.

In case of an emergency, passengers should contact local emergency services immediately.

OPO Cabs reserves the right to terminate services if the safety of the driver or passenger is at risk.

8. Liability

OPO Cabs is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.

OPO Cabs will not be liable for any delays or disruptions caused by traffic, weather, or other external factors.

9. Privacy

We collect and use personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Personal information is used solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

10. Amendments

OPO Cabs reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be notified via our website or mobile app.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Delhi, India.

Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
